Compliance Executive

Job Summary

The Statutory Compliance Executive will be responsible for ensuring the company complies with all applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and government requirements related to facility management operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with labour laws such as PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and other statutory requirements.
  
• Handle registrations, renewals, and documentation related to statutory licenses.
  
• Maintain statutory records and registers as per government regulations.
  
• Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and government authorities for compliance matters.
  
• Prepare and submit statutory returns within deadlines.
  
• Monitor contractor compliance and documentation.
  
• Assist during statutory inspections and audits.
  
• Maintain employee statutory data and ensure proper filings.
  

Required Skills

• Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
  
• Experience with PF, ESIC, PT filings and returns.
  
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
  
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and compliance software.
  
• Good communication and coordination skills.
  

Qualification

• Graduate in Commerce / Management / Law or related field.
  
• Certification or training in labour laws or compliance will be an added advantage.
