• Seeking experience in compliance, labor laws, CLRA, and managing statutory requirements including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, TDS, and GST

Responsibilities

• Manage statutory compliances relating to PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, TDS, GST, and other applicable regulations .
• Reconcile payroll and statutory data to identify discrepancies.
• Maintain compliance registers, challans, returns, certificates, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, payroll teams, consultants and Vendor Partners.
• Support statutory inspections, audits, notices, and assessments.
• Track changes in applicable laws and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor compliance calendars and escalate potential delays or non-compliance.
• Prepare periodic compliance reports for management.
• Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee and business information.
• Coordinate with the vendor partners for timely renewal of CLRA License.
