Compliance Executive

About the Role

Anmol Industries Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Officer to manage statutory registrations, regulatory approvals, licence renewals, and compliance requirements across its manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure timely renewal of FSSAI Licences, Factory Licences, and Trade Licences.
• Handle Pollution Control Board consents and environmental clearances, including water and air-related approvals and Groundwater NOCs.
• Manage Fire NOCs, Fire Safety Certificates, and Boiler Registrations/Certificates, wherever applicable.
• Ensure compliance with Legal Metrology regulations and manage the relevant registrations and licences.
• Handle GST, EPFO, ESIC, and Professional Tax registrations and related statutory compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with PESO and other relevant regulatory authorities for applicable licences and approvals.
• Maintain updated records of all statutory licences, certificates, registrations, and renewal deadlines.
• Coordinate with government departments, regulatory authorities, consultants, and internal stakeholders for approvals and inspections.
• Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations and ensure timely implementation of compliance requirements.
• Maintain a compliance tracker and ensure that all applicable statutory obligations are met within prescribed timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline; a degree or diploma in Law, Compliance, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• 25 years of relevant experience in statutory compliance, regulatory affairs, or licence management, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
• Good understanding of factory-related statutory requirements, environmental regulations, and labour-related registrations.
• Strong coordination, documentation, follow-up, and record-management skills.
• Ability to independently track multiple licences, approvals, renewals, and compliance deadlines.
