Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with various labour laws such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity Act, LWF, Challan, HR Compliance etc.
  
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave management.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues related to statutory compliance.
  
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in labor practices.
  
• Provide guidance on company policies and procedures to employees.
