Position: Compliance Executive

Department: Human Resources

Location: Chinchwad, Pune

Preference: Male candidates

• Handle statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, and labor law-related activities.
• Prepare and verify monthly challans, ECR files, and compliance reports.
• Coordinate for employee Mediclaim enrollment, additions, deletions, and claim support.
• Maintain employee compliance records and ensure audit readiness.
• Resolve employee queries related to PF, ESIC, Mediclaim, and payroll compliance.
• Coordinate with payroll and finance teams for timely compliance submissions.
• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and documentation.
• Support HR operations, onboarding documentation, and employee records management.
• Liaise with external vendors and government authorities whenever required.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, Mediclaim, and statutory compliance

• Understanding of payroll compliance and challan processing

• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools

• Knowledge of statutory documentation and audit preparation

• MIS reporting and employee records management
