Compliance Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards in the courier/logistics sector.
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
• Handle grievances from employees, contractors, or customers in a timely and fair manner.
• Develop and maintain legal documentation related to employment, including contracts, agreements, and policies.

Job Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience as a Compliance Executive or similar role in the logistics or courier industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor compliance requirements under various acts such as Contract Labour Act, Factory Act, Gratuity Act, ESIC etc. .
• Excellent grievance handling skills with ability to resolve complex issues promptly.
