Key Responsibilities

• Statutory Compliance: PF, ESIC & UAN registration, KYC verification, mismatch resolution and maintenance of compliance records.
• Employee Grievances: Handle employee queries related to salary, PF, ESIC and attendance; ensure timely resolution and maintain grievance tracker.
• Joining & Onboarding: Complete new joiner onboarding within defined TAT, verify documents and update HR systems.
• Attendance Management: Ensure 100% attendance punching, coordinate for attendance corrections/closures and share daily, weekly & monthly reports.
• MIS & Documentation: Maintain accurate physical/digital records, trackers and compliance-related MIS.
• Coordination: Coordinate with Branch Managers, Area Officers, Control Room and Client teams for smooth HR & compliance operations.
