About this role
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Compliance Executive will be responsible for managing taxation and statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, reconciliations, audits, notices, assessments, and timely return filings. The role will ensure adherence to statutory requirements and coordinate with auditors, consultants, authorities, and internal teams.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Tax & Statutory Compliance
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory return filings.
- Ensure timely tax payments and adherence to statutory deadlines.
Reconciliations & Audits
- Handle GST, TDS, vendor, bank, and ledger reconciliations.
- Coordinate audits, due diligence, assessments, and compliance activities.
Notices & Stakeholder Coordination
- Handle notices and queries from government authorities.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams on compliance matters.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. CA Inter / CMA will be preferred.
25 years of relevant experience in taxation, statutory compliance, accounting, or audit, with hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and reconciliations.
