Compliance Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure products comply with RoHS, REACH, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Manage and maintain IMDS (International Material Data System) submissions and material data.
• Review material declarations, supplier compliance documents, and test reports.
• Collect and validate material composition data from suppliers.
• Identify and resolve compliance gaps related to restricted substances.
• Coordinate with suppliers, engineering, quality, and procurement teams for compliance requirements.
• Maintain compliance records, reports, and documentation.
• Support internal and external audits related to product compliance.
• Monitor updates to environmental regulations and communicate relevant changes to stakeholders.
• Ensure timely completion of compliance activities for new and existing products
