Compliance Director - FS Domain

Requirements:

* Develop and implement Compliance QAIP, Compliance Risk Assessment, and Compliance Testing frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance in Financial Services.

* Conduct regulatory compliance reviews of Policies and SOPs to identify gaps and areas for improvement.

* Build and refresh Compliance Policies and SOPs to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

* Support and maintain Compliance Tools such as Compliance Insight and Compliance Factory to streamline compliance processes.

* Disseminate Regulatory Circulars as part of Compliance Tool AMC to ensure timely communication of regulatory updates.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience with Compliance Tool implementation and revenue potential to drive business growth and improve compliance efficiency.

* Strong understanding of regulatory liaison and ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.

* Proven track record of building and managing high-performing compliance teams, with expertise in skills and competency development.

* Ability to analyze and mitigate compliance risks, with experience in Compliance Risk Assessment and Compliance Testing.

* Strong knowledge of Financial Services regulatory requirements and industry best practices, with ability to apply this knowledge to drive compliance excellence.
