Compliance/Contract Officer

Hello All,

We are looking for Compliance/Contract with the experience of 6+ years.

Job location: Pune

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and maintain contracts, agreements, policies, and legal documents. 
• Support statutory and regulatory compliance, including coordination with government authorities. 
• Manage compliance records, contract trackers, and documentation workflows. 
• Work with internal teams to ensure timely completion of compliance and contractual tasks. 
• Preparation and drafting of various submissions as well as participate in Arbitration proceedings, dispute resolution proceedings, dispute arisen in the contracts during project duration.  
• Review and interpret contract documents (RFPs, SOWs, agreements, correspondences etc ) and prepare key summaries/Contract Appreciation Documents (CAD), contractual obligations. 
• Responsible for co-ordinate, interact with and guide project team and various departments on contractual conditions and assist various teams for preparation of Contractual correspondence with Clients & subcontractors.  
• Track project communications, prepare compliance reports, support audits, and flag risks. 
• Manage and maintain organized records of compliances, contract trackers, all contractual correspondence & data and internal documentation workflows. 
• Identify disputes, delays, and potential claims during project execution.
