1.Clearly explain compliance services and processes to customers, addressing their queries and providing guidance.

2.Update and maintain accurate records of customer payments.

3.Conduct thorough checks on payments to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

4.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and compliant customer experiences.

5.Assist in preparing compliance documentation and reports as required.
