Compliance / Certification Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end certification process from application review to certificate issuance as per ISO/IEC 17021-1 requirements.
• Plan and schedule Stage 1, Stage 2, Surveillance, Recertification, Transfer, and Special Audits.
• Allocate competent auditors and ensure timely execution of audit programmes.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements, certification standards, and internal procedures.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding audit schedules, documentation, certification status, and certification cycles.
• Maintain and manage certification records, audit reports, contracts, and related documentation.
• Verify audit file completeness and coordinate with Certification Decision Makers for timely certification decisions.
• Monitor closure of nonconformities, observations, and corrective actions.
• Support accreditation assessments, witness audits, internal audits, and management review activities.
• Prepare and maintain audit schedules, certification status reports, pending action reports, and certification expiry reports.
• Ensure timely follow-up with clients and auditors for smooth operational coordination.
