Compliance and Legal Personnel

About the Role

We are looking for seasoned Compliance and Legal personnel to join ASAP in Mumbai.This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities to manage large-scale infrastructure, vendor ecosystems, and Compliance aligned with organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure all statutory approvals are obtained before operations.
• Maintain zero non-compliance incidents.

2. Legal Documentation

• Draft, review, and execute all infrastructure-related agreements.
• Maintain complete legal records.

3. Infrastructure Approvals

Coordinate with government departments for:

• Fire NOC
• Occupancy Certificate
• Trade License
• Building permissions
• Environmental approvals (where applicable)

4. Risk Management

• Identify legal risks before project commencement.
• Minimize penalties and litigation.

5.Compliance Monitoring

• Conduct periodic compliance audits.
• Ensure corrective actions are closed within agreed timelines.

Key Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in large scale Infrastructure & Compliance roles.
• Exposure to the educationsector / large campuses / corporate infrastructure preferred.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM / Engineering background (Civil/Electrical preferred).
• Certifications in Facility Management / Project Management (added advantage).
