We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to support our Trade Credit Insurance modules, maintain data accuracy, assist with application configuration, and collaborate with clients, brokers, insurers, and internal technical teams.
- Monitor and validate customer and buyer data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Perform monthly data imports, data quality checks, and reporting activities.
- Handle client support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution.
- Support application and website configuration, testing, and data migration.
- Maintain process documentation and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors or Masters degree with 1 - 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, and proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Experience in data validation, analysis, quality checks, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of credit management or trade credit insurance is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
