Role & responsibilities

• Prepare test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test documentation.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, sanity, positive, and negative testing.
• Perform UI and manual functional testing across business applications.
• Identify, document, track, and validate defects using appropriate defect management tools.
• Perform integration testing between SAP Business One and external applications, including Salesforce and e-commerce platforms.
• Conduct API testing and basic SQL-based data validation.
• Collaborate with development, business, and other technical teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
• Support continuous improvement of QA processes, testing methodologies, and documentation.
• Work with multiple business applications and tools used for Sales, Customer Management, Purchasing, and Inventory Control.
• Contribute to test automation and automation-related initiatives as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) testing.
• Strong experience in Manual Testing and Functional Testing.
• Experience with Integration Testing and Regression Testing.
• Experience with API Testing.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation and testing.
• Experience testing integrations with Salesforce and e-commerce platforms.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
