About this role
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide training on aptitude, English literature, science, physics, biology, botany, chemistry, social science, history, geography, politics, economics, mathematics, and current affairs to students preparing for competitive exams such as TNPSC , RRB, TET and SSC Exams.
- Develop lesson plans and materials for effective teaching and coaching sessions.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track student progress and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with other trainers to ensure consistency in training delivery.
- Maintaining accurate record of attendance , grades, and student performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience as a tutor or teacher in competitive exams like TNPSC/RRB/TET/Bank Exam/SSC/Economics/Social Studies.
- Strong knowledge of relevant subject matter (B.Tech degree holders preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt teaching style according to student needs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
