We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation Analyst to lead compensation strategy, market benchmarking, salary structure development, and pay recommendations for our operations across India, the US, and LATAM.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in Compensation, Market, and Rate Analysis.
- Industry Expertise: Strong exposure to Technology and Engineering sectors.
- Core Competencies: Proven experience in Job Architecture, Job Evaluation, and Salary Band Design.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in Compensation Benchmarking, survey data analysis, advanced Excel, financial modelling, and scenario planning.
- Operational Knowledge: Expertise in managing Internal Equity, Pay Positioning, and annual salary review processes.
- Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management and advisory capabilities to support business leadership.
