Role & responsibilities

• Assist in processing employee insurance enrollments, endorsements, and claims.
• Respond to employee queries related to compensation, benefits, and reimbursements.
• Coordinate with insurance brokers and vendors to resolve benefit-related issues.
• Support reimbursement processing and maintain accurate employee benefit records.
• Provide administrative support for compensation and benefits activities, including data management and documentation.
