Role Overview: The C&B Specialist role will be responsible for designing and managing the companys total rewards framework, including compensation structures, benefits programs, and payroll operations. The role ensures internal equity, external competitiveness, and full compliance with statutory and organizational requirements.

This position partners closely with HRBPs, Finance, and Business Leaders to deliver accurate, timely, and transparent pay practices.

Education

• MBA / PGDM with specialization in HR / HR & Analytics / Business Analytics.
