Role & responsibilities

This is a Compensation & Benefits (C&B) / HR Operations / HR Analytics role.

You need someone who can support the company in:

Compensation benchmarking and salary analysis

Annual PMS / performance appraisal process

Payroll inputs and employee payouts

Manpower budgeting and C&B costing

HR MIS, dashboards and analytics

Benefits analysis and utilization

HRIS / HRMS management, especially employee data

JD, KRA and KPI documentation

Handling employee C&B queries/helpdesk

Supporting audits and HR data requirements

Working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance and Internal Audit

In simple words:
Look for an HR professional who is strong in C&B + PMS + HR Analytics/MIS + Payroll inputs + HRIS, rather than a general HR profile.
