The primary work location for this role is Trivandrum, India with a hybrid work model.

The Global Compensation team designs and administers programs that support the company s pay philosophy, business objectives, competitive position, and local market practices. The team partners with People & Culture, business leaders, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and HR Technology to deliver consistent, equitable, and compliant compensation programs. In this role, you will support compensation activities for assigned areas of the organization and help improve the processes, data, and systems that enable effective pay decisions.
You will provide analytical and operational support for compensation programs and processes, helping the organization make competitive, equitable, and well-informed pay decisions. You will also contribute to the accurate and timely delivery of annual and ongoing compensation activities.
- Provide compensation support for assigned areas of the organization and help deliver compensation services to assigned business groups.
- Advise and support business and People & Culture partners on annual Salary Review and bonus administration.
- Complete compensation surveys, including accurate job matching, reporting of compensation data and practices, and timely submissions.
- Coordinate routine compensation processes, including timelines, economic data compilation, spreadsheet templates, and communication materials.
- Analyze incumbent pay, monitor internal and external pay equity, and support development of one-time or phased remediation strategies.
- Support compensation trend analysis, point-in-time status reporting, and ad hoc reporting requests.
- Collaborate on the design and review of special compensation programs and incentive plans and may participate in post-merger and acquisition compensation integration and job leveling.
- Prepare and deliver compensation communications, materials, and training.
- Partner with People & Culture Information Systems and IT teams to configure and test Workday and Talent Acquisition systems in support of routine compensation processes.
- Experience with compensation surveys, market pricing, job matching, or pay equity analysis.
- Experience supporting annual Salary Review or incentive compensation processes.
- Experience with Workday or another human capital management system.
- Knowledge of compensation principles, salary structures, job leveling, and applicable employment or pay regulations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, collaborative environment and explain technical information to varied audiences.
