COMPANY TRAINEES (NAPS/NATS )- Production & Quality
Preferred candidate profile
Production:
- Accountable for issuing of raw material as per production plan.
- Control on rejection by standardizing the data.
- Follow department procedures and systems, update on regular basis
- Prepare for audit by internal, customer, external agencies and ensure no major/Minor Ncs raised and take further actions for improvement
- Identify incidence and accident prone area, execute plan for closure of these points
- Ensure basic safety rules are being followed, instruct actions on gap areas and review it periodically.
- Prepare SOP for each operation, review and revise in discussion with seniors
- Implementations and monitoring of 5s activity.
Quality:
- Unloading of cycles.
- Quantity confirmation of the received / processed material
- Ensuring final inspection
- Ensure 100% re-inspection for rework parts
- Guide inspectors in case of decision making.
- Filing of final orders, run sheets, batch records (documentation).
- Ensuring pre-dispatch inspection
