DEPARTMENTS HIRING

• Production Manufacturing operations, machine monitoring and productivity improvement
• Quality Quality inspection, defect identification and process quality
• Maintenance Machine maintenance, troubleshooting and breakdown support
• Sales – Customer coordination, sales operations and business support
• Tool Room – Tool maintenance, tooling operations and process support
• Materials – Material planning, inventory control and stores coordination

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support daily departmental operations and activities
• Follow company standards for 5S, Safety, Quality and Productivity
• Maintain records and prepare daily reports
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Participate in Kaizen, Continuous Improvement and Cost Reduction activities
• Follow SOPs, work instructions and safety procedures
• Contribute to operational efficiency and organizational growth

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Basic knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to work in shifts, wherever applicable
• Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, PPE and Quality Control will be an added advantage
