Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other relevant laws.
- Maintain statutory registers and records accurately and up-to-date.
- Prepare and file necessary documents with ROC (Registrar of Companies) on time.
- Manage corporate governance framework, including policies and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in company secretary role or related field.
- Strong understanding of companies act, compliance, CS, legal aspects of business operations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
