About this role
- Handle company incorporation, registration, and statutory compliance under the Companies Act, 2013.
- Prepare and file statutory forms, returns, and documents with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
- Assist in conducting Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs).
- Draft notices, agendas, minutes of meetings, resolutions, and other corporate documents.
- Maintain statutory registers, corporate records, and company secretarial documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws, rules, regulations, and statutory deadlines.
- Assist clients with ROC filings, annual compliance, and event-based filings.
- Provide advisory support to clients on corporate governance, legal compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Coordinate with clients, directors, auditors, and regulatory authorities for compliance-related activities.
- Monitor changes in corporate laws and regulations and advise clients on the necessary compliance requirements.
