Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Company Secretary and Advocate with 2-4 years of relevant experience in corporate law, Companies Act, NCLT matters and regulatory compliances. The ideal candidate should possess strong legal drafting, compliance and representation skills.
Key Responsibilities

• Handling NCLT/NCLAT matters and related proceedings
• Drafting and filing applications, petitions, replies and legal documents
• Corporate compliance under the Companies Act, 2013
• ROC filings and maintenance of statutory records
• Handling Board Meetings, AGM and related compliances
• Corporate governance and secretarial compliance
• Legal drafting, review and advisory
• Appearance/coordination before NCLT, NCLAT and regulatory authorities
• Coordination with legal, finance and regulatory teams
• Handling corporate, secretarial and legal assignments

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and NCLT procedures
• Excellent legal and corporate drafting skills
• Knowledge of ROC/MCA compliances
• Strong research and analytical abilities
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to independently handle professional assignments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to timelines
