About this role
We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Company Secretary possessing strong knowledge of Companies Act compliances, SEBI regulations, stock exchange filings, FEMA compliances, and legal documentation.
The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders, auditors, regulatory authorities, and external consultants to ensure timely and accurate compliance management.
Role: Assistant Manager - CS
Experience: 0 - 1 Year post qualification experience
Location: Mumbai (Work from office)
Key Responsibilities / KRAs
- Managing compliances relating to Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings, including preparation of notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
- Handling ROC filings and ensuring compliance under the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable rules.
- Ensuring compliance with SEBI LODR Regulations and other applicable SEBI regulations.
- Managing stock exchange filings and related compliance activities in a timely manner.
- Drafting and reviewing legal agreements including NDAs, MSAs, outsourcing agreements, referral partner agreements, and supply agreements.
- Managing FEMA compliances and related regulatory filings.
- Maintaining digital databases and ensuring compliance under SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations.
- Coordinating with auditors, consultants, legal advisors, and other stakeholders for compliance-related matters.
