Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Company Secretary to support corporate governance, statutory compliance, board processes, and regulatory filings. The candidate will ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations (if applicable), and other corporate laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain statutory registers and records.
• Assist in conducting Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and Annual General Meetings.
• Draft agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and related regulations.
• File statutory forms, returns, and documents with MCA.
• Support secretarial audits and compliance reviews.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities, auditors, and consultants.
• Monitor changes in corporate laws and advise management accordingly.
• Assist in maintaining corporate governance standards.
• Handle documentation related to incorporation, amendments, and other corporate actions.

Qualifications

• Qualified Company Secretary (Member of ICSI).
• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Freshers may also apply.

Skills Required

• Knowledge of Companies Act, 2013.
• Understanding of MCA filings and secretarial compliances.
• Good drafting and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred

• Experience with listed company compliances will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of SEBI regulations and corporate governance practices.
