Job Location: Nariman Point, Churchgate

Job Description: The candidate will be responsible for the entire gamut of activities. These include:

• Manage end-to-end secretarial compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable rules.
• Organise and coordinate Board Meetings and General Meetings.
• Prepare and finalise notices, agendas, explanatory statements, Board papers, minutes and resolutions.
• Ensure timely filings of statutory forms and returns with the Registrar of Companies (MCA).
• Advise management and the Board on governance matters and statutory obligations.
• Liaise with Board members
• Support restructuring, capital restructuring and other corporate actions, wherever required.
• Work closely with Finance, Tax, Legal and Business teams.

Desired Profile:

• Qualified Company Secretary with membership of ICSI.
• LL.B. will be an added advantage.
• 2-3 years of post-qualification experience 
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
