Job Title: Company Secretary & Compliance Officer
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Work Mode: Work from Office
Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI) with a valid Certificate of Practice (COP), or CS with B.Com & LLB.
Experience in IPO, Merchant Banking, Secretarial Compliance, Due Diligence, and SEBI Regulations is preferred.
