For a CS student, the most valuable part of the role is the combination of transaction work and regular corporate compliance. You can gain exposure to venture capital transactions, securities issuance, compliance due diligence, startup structures, corporate governance, NCLT/IBC matters and foreign-company entry requirements while also developing practical drafting, regulatory research and client-management skills.
