CS Intern

• Experience working with board of directors, senior management, and handling legal documentation for both public and private entities.

Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of corporate laws, regulatory frameworks, and securities law (SEBI, Companies Act, 2013, etc.).
• Sound understanding of corporate governance principles and risk management.
• Familiarity with company secretarial software and document management systems.

Skills:

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to deal with complex issues and find practical solutions.
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite, and knowledge of legal research tools and compliance management software.
