Training Scope:

• Corporate Secretarial domain of private limited companies
• Assist in drafting and reviewing the contract drafts
• To assist in research on legal points for advisory and other related assignments;
• Daily tracking of regulatory changes and important developments
• To prepare weekly legal updates on relevant laws;
• Maintaining and managing trackers related to legal function processes
• Assist in preparing team presentations
• To assist in compiling Legal & Compliance related documents;
• To support Legal & Secretarial Team in overall day-to-day work.
