Company Secretary Manager

• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and applicable rules and regulations.
• Organise Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
• Prepare notices, agendas, board notes, minutes, resolutions, and other statutory documentation.

Real Estate & RERA Compliance

• Coordinate compliance under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, and applicable state RERA rules.

Coordinate with project, legal, and finance teams for RERA registrations, periodic updates, disclosures, and other applicable filings role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, and applicable corporate laws.

• Working knowledge of RERA and real estate-related compliance requirements.
• Understanding of SEBI regulations and listing obligations, where applicable.
• Excellent drafting skills for notices, resolutions, minutes, and corporate documents.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage compliance across multiple entities.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with senior management, legal teams, finance teams, auditors, and external consultants.
• High attention to detail, professional integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgement.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital compliance management systems.
