Position Overview
We are looking for a Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with relevant experience in the Textile / Technical Textile / Manufacturing Industry to independently handle corporate secretarial, statutory, regulatory, and compliance functions.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Company Secretarial and statutory compliances
• Handle MCA/ROC filings, statutory registers, resolutions and corporate records
• Coordinate Board Meetings, Committee Meetings and General Meetings
• Prepare agendas, notices, minutes and resolutions
• Ensure compliance under the Companies Act and SEBI regulations
• Maintain statutory records and compliance calendars
• Coordinate with Directors, Auditors, Legal Advisors and Regulatory Authorities
• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely compliance
• Support corporate governance, disclosures and regulatory reporting

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualified Company Secretary (CS) ICSI Mandatory
• 37 years of relevant experience
• Textile / Technical Textile / Manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Companies Act, MCA/ROC, SEBI and Corporate Governance
• Listed Company / Public Limited Company experience preferred
• Strong drafting, analytical, communication and coordination skills
• Ability to independently manage statutory compliances and deadlines
