Company Secretary Financial Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Corporate Law, Secretarial & Regulatory Compliance for group companies.
• Handle compliance for NBFCs, HFCs, Fund Managers, Merchant Banking, ARC & AMC entities.
• Manage SEBI, Companies Act, Listing Regulations, RBI & NHB compliances.
• Handle NCD Public Issues, Private Placements, Commercial Paper (CP) listings & fund-raising activities.
• Manage Board/Committee Meetings, General Meetings, statutory records & corporate governance.
• Liaise with ROC, SEBI, RBI, NHB, Stock Exchanges, RTA, CDSL & NSDL.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections, due diligence and compliance audits.
• Vet agreements, draft legal responses and coordinate with Advocates, Law Firms & Senior Counsel.
• Ensure timely disclosures, legal documentation and end-to-end secretarial compliance.
• Experience in signing financial statements as Company Secretary on record will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Qualified CS with 8-17 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Corporate Laws, SEBI Regulations, Corporate Governance, and Board Processes.
• Experience in Broking, NBFC, Banking, Asset Management, or Financial Services preferred.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
