1. Stock Exchange Compliance (NSE, BSE, MCX)

• Ensure timely and accurate compliance with NSE, BSE, and MCX regulations
• Manage filings, disclosures, and corporate announcements
• Handle exchange queries, notices, and inspections
• Regulations and other applicable frameworks

2. Audit & Regulatory Oversight

Manage and coordinate various audits, including:

Secretarial Audit : Internal Audit (compliance-related)/vapt/cyber security/ system audit/Ai &ML etc..

Ensure closure of audit observations and implementation of corrective actions

3. Corporate & Secretarial Compliance

Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI regulations

Maintain statutory records, registers, and filings

Manage Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings

Draft agendas, resolutions, and minutes
