Community Monetisation Execuitive

Role Overview:

In this role, your primary mission is to convert our community into high-value leads and monetise them through end-to-end campaign execution. You will handle everything from B2B business collaborations and pitching to setting up automated marketing funnels across email, WhatsApp, and our website. This is a hybrid role requiring strategic ideation, hands-on execution, and direct coordination with our Brand and Performance Marketing teams to drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities & KRAs

1. B2B Collaborations & Product Management

• Deal Closing: Source, pitch, and close business collaborations (BN shop) and strategic brand partnerships.
• Product Readiness: Oversee packaging labelling, product listing, and the creation/bundling of promotional kits.
• Program Stitching: Successfully stitch them into diet chats, the inyrenal APP notifications, WhatsApp chat, and email marketing

2. Campaign Ideation & Funnel Execution (Core KRA)

• End-to-End Campaigns: Ideate, launch, and manage campaigns designed to , re-engage users, manage the cart drop outs and build full-funnel customer journeys.
• Internal Marketing: Own sales and retention channels, including Email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, website updates, and push notifications.
• Lead Generation: Proactively find monetization opportunities within our existing database of old clients and cold leads.

3. Community Monetisation & Engagement

• Conversion: Build, manage, and optimize high-converting Call-to-Actions (CTAs) and conversion funnels to turn community members into active buyers.
• Interactive Engagement: Run polls, gather feedback, and create interactive content to gauge community interest and tweak sales strategies.
• Inbound Management: Directly handle responses and queries coming through social media, WhatsApp, and email marketing channels to close sales.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate directly with the Brand and Performance Marketing teams to align organic community efforts with paid ad strategies and overall brand voice.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Community Management, E-commerce Operations, or Campaign Management.
• Funnel Mastery: Proven track record of building and managing conversion funnels across Email ) and WhatsApp Marketing tools.
• Sales & Pitching: Strong communication and negotiation skills with a history of closing B2B deals or brand collaborations.
• Execution-First Mindset: Ability to shift seamlessly from high-level campaign ideation to operational tasks like product listing and responding to customer queries.
• Data & Feedback Driven: Comfortable analyzing campaign performance metrics and customer feedback to iterate quickly.
