Community Manager

We have an opening for Community Manager with our Edu tech client.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mentor onboarding, engagement, and progression (facilitator trainer gold
  star).
• Build student community engagement, ensuring students remain connected from courses to
  internships.
• Partner closely with SDRs (supply/demand generation) and Operations (program execution)
  to ensure a smooth flow from recruitment to delivery.
• Organise recognition, events, and communication campaigns.
• Monitor community health metrics (activation, retention, satisfaction).
  

Requirements

•   7 - 10 years of experience in community management, volunteer coordination, or student
  engagement.
• Strong people skills and empathy.
• Excellent communication and facilitation.
• Organised and comfortable managing multiple moving parts across global time zones.
