Community Manager

You will be the face of Yello Living—welcoming residents, building community, organizing events and ensuring residents feel connected and supported.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage resident move-in and move-out processes and checklists.
• Welcome new residents and help them integrate into the community.
• Be the primary point of contact for resident queries and concerns.
• Manage resident WhatsApp groups and community communication.
• Identify and escalate recurring complaints or resident concerns.
• Plan, promote and host regular community events and activities.
• Conduct resident check-ins and capture feedback.
• Maintain a positive community environment and help resolve minor conflicts.
• Recognize resident occasions such as birthdays and work anniversaries.
• Coordinate with the social media team to capture events, resident stories and reels.
• Submit a simple weekly update covering residents, concerns, events and community engagement.

Who We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, energetic and comfortable talking to new people.
• Organized and good at following up.
• Comfortable hosting events and occasionally appearing on camera.
• Proactive and able to take ownership.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic digital tools.
• Based in or able to commute daily to Whitefield / ITPL.

Experience in hospitality, co-living, events, customer service or community management is a plus, but not mandatory.

What This Role Is Not

This is not a maintenance, housekeeping, sales or back-office role.

It is a ground-level, people-facing role focused on resident experience and community building.
