Community Manager - MBBS Only

What Does This Team Do:

This team builds and manages a strong community of medical students, doctors, and educators. They collaborate with creators, drive engagement through campaigns and initiatives, track community feedback, and ensure alignment between online audiences and internal teams

to strengthen trust and growth.

What you'll do:

• Create engaging medical/academic content for social media platforms. Evaluate user feedback and improve the quality of medical content published.
• Keep up to date with developments in the field of medicine and incorporate them into the content.
• Plan and record short-form content (Reels/Shorts) to engage the medical community.
• Monitor social media sentiment, feedback, and conversations. Flag insights and work with internal teams to take timely actions.
• Act as the bridge between the online community and on-ground field teams, ensuring alignment on campaigns, events and feedback loops.
• Support the execution of community-led growth initiatives such as campaigns, launches, contests, and other student engagement programs.
• Continuously observe trends within the medical student ecosystem and suggest ideas to strengthen community trust and engagement.
• Be part of a fun marketing team that includes doctors, marketers, content writers, and designers.

What we're looking for:

• MBBS graduates (graduated not earlier than 4 years preferred)
• 1-2 years of experience in community management, influencer marketing, social media or growth operations.
• Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders (creators, vendors, internal teams)
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal
• Minimum work commitment of 1 Year
