About the Role:
We are looking for a Community Manager to build and grow a nationwide community for higher-education faculty. The role will involve building local chapters, engaging faculty and academic institutions, organising FDPs and on-ground events, and growing the digital community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and expand local chapters across cities and states.
- Identify, onboard and mentor faculty representatives.
- Develop relationships with colleges, universities, faculty and HoDs.
- Organise FDPs, campus sessions and community events.
- Manage and grow the WhatsApp/digital community.
- Drive member engagement and community growth.
- Track chapter performance, events and engagement through MIS/dashboard.
- Coordinate with internal content, marketing and production teams.

Requirements:

- Higher education/EdTech exposure preferred.
- Master's degree with relevant experience; PhD preferred.
