Community & Events Manager

Community & Events Manager role at Le Wagon is essentially about bringing Le Wagon to a wider community and making the best use of our campus and ecosystem.

The role would broadly cover three areas:

• Campus & Partnerships: Making the best use of our campus space by building partnerships with communities, organizations, and companies that could host events or collaborate with us.
• Events & Workshops: Organizing and hosting our own workshops, short courses, and community events some paid and some free. This includes everything from coordinating logistics and the space to ensuring participants have a great experience.
• Community Building: Growing and nurturing our Le Wagon community. We currently have a fairly informal WhatsApp community, but wed like to build this into a stronger network of alumni, learners, founders, and professionals who can become advocates for Le Wagon and actively engage with the community.

For some context, Le Wagon is a global tech education company focused on helping people from both technical and non-technical backgrounds build practical technology and digital skills. We offer longer, intensive bootcamps (around 9 weeks) as well as shorter formats ranging from 1-hour sessions to workshops and courses of up to 40 hours.

Our Bangalore community is primarily focused on business professionals, entrepreneurs, founders, and people interested in technology and business education, particularly around areas like AI, data, and software development.
