To support the Wind Power India division with robust internal communications, this 6-month internship role addresses the business need for enhanced employee engagement and streamlined localized messaging. Operating within the Strategic Projects engineering function, the intern will help foster a connected and informed workplace culture. These focus areas are designed to ensure consistent, engaging, and timely updates reach all regional employees. Given the focus on localized communications, the ideal candidate will be a proactive student or recent graduate with exceptional written English skills, familiarity with modern digital collaboration tools, and a creative approach to storytelling.

- Create and schedule interactive posts, campaigns, and polls to foster two-way communication within the organization.
- Monitor platform engagement metrics and suggest improvements to boost digital community participation.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to gather updates, success stories, and business milestones.
- Maintain an organized communications calendar to ensure a steady and balanced flow of internal updates.
Education
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or master's degree in communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field.
