The Role

We are looking for Communication Skills Trainers who can transform learners into confident, articulate and workplace-ready professionals.

You will develop their ability to communicate, collaborate, present, influence and perform through experiential learning, continuous mentoring and technology-enabled assessment.

You Will

• Deliver training in Spoken English, Business Communication, Verbal Ability and Workplace Readiness.
• Prepare learners for GD, interviews, presentations, self-introductions and professional interactions.
• Build confidence, critical thinking, listening and collaboration through role plays, debates, JAMs and case-based activities.
• Develop content, activities, assessments and rubrics aligned to industry and recruiter expectations.
• Deliver and track programmes through ITLF and assess learners through IMAP.
• Use assessment insights to identify skill gaps and drive targeted improvement.
• Mentor learners from classroom communication to workplace and interview readiness.

What We Look For

Must Have

• Masters degree in English, English Literature, Mass Communication, Communication Studies, Journalism, Linguistics or a related discipline.
• 25 years experience in communication, soft-skills, employability or placement training.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience training university students or corporate learners.
• Strong facilitation skills across GD, interviews, presentations and business communication.
• Ability to create original content and assessment frameworks.
• Comfortable with LMS, digital assessment and AI-enabled learning tools.

Good to Have

• CELTA / TESOL / TEFL certification.
• Train-the-Trainer certification.
• Public speaking experience.
• Corporate / campus placement training experience.
