Communication Skills Trainer

Role & responsibilities

• Deliver structured English language training sessions for adult learners.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessment tools.
• Improve students spoken and written communication skills.
• Conduct regular assessments and track student progress.
• Maintain attendance, training records, and update MIS on time.
• Support students in interview preparation and workplace communication.
• Ensure an engaging, disciplined, and learner-friendly classroom environment.
• Coordinate with centre team for batch planning and training schedules.
• Follow project guidelines and maintain training quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-5 years of experience in teaching English language to adult learners.
• Sound knowledge of English language (spoken and written).
• Basic IT and computer skills (MS Office, online tools, MIS entry).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate adult learners.
• Good classroom management and assessment skills.
