About the Role

EduBridge is looking for passionate and experienced Spoken English Trainers for its VOICE program, designed to help college students improve their English communication skills, build confidence and prepare for job interviews.

We are looking for trainers who can create an engaging, supportive and interactive learning environment where students actively practice spoken English.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily 90-minute English communication training sessions and supervise 60-minute practice sessions.
• Facilitate interactive learning activities, including group discussions, peer conversations, storytelling and speaking exercises.
• Build students' confidence in spoken English and encourage active participation.
• Deliver structured training sessions using the VOICE curriculum and digital learning platform.
• Support learners in using AI-based English-speaking practice tools.
• Conduct speaking activities and regular assessments to monitor learner progress.
• Maintain attendance, student observations and feedback through the learning application.
• Share weekly progress reports with the Training Manager.
• Identify learning challenges and provide appropriate support to students.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Spoken English Training, Communication Skills Training or Soft Skills Training for college students or young adults.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written (CEFR C1 level or above).
• Experience conducting classroom training for groups of 1525 students.
• Strong presentation, storytelling and classroom facilitation skills.
• Ability to motivate students and create a positive learning environment.
• Understanding of at least one regional Indian language relevant to the training location.
• Comfortable using digital learning platforms, mobile applications and AI-based learning tools.
• Willingness to work on-site five days a week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in employability skills or placement readiness training.
• Experience conducting mock interviews, group discussions and personality development sessions.
• TESOL, CELTA, DELTA or other relevant teaching certifications
• Experience training college students and fresh graduates.
• Knowledge of CEFR-based English assessments.
