Communication & Packaging Designer

Job Role:

• Design and develop packaging artwork for Bed & Bath product categories.
• Create marketing communication materials including brochures, catalogues, digital creatives, and promotional campaigns.
• Develop POS (Point of Sale) communication and retail branding assets.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all communication platforms.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and category teams to understand business requirements and consumer preferences.
• Incorporate market trends, consumer insights, and competitive benchmarks into design solutions.
• Create visually engaging presentations, mock-ups, and design concepts for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage design projects from concept development to final artwork and production.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong aesthetic sense with a keen eye for design, color, typography, layouts, and graphics.
• Excellent visual communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Working knowledge of AI tools, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related design technologies.
• Ability to translate brand guidelines into impactful and consumer-centric creative outputs.
• Understanding of print production processes, packaging design, and artwork adaptation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
