Job Description
- Excellent content writing skills areessential
- Manage and update the corporate website andcoordination with vendor
- Provide necessary support in developingvarious marketing collaterals, reports, documents, designing and printing ofinternal publications, posters, presentations, films etc. for variousoccasions/meetings.
- Strategic direction for conceptualisationand content creation for Internal & External Monthly Newsletters
- Manage the internal communicationseffectively.
- Identify stories and issues that besthighlight IPE Globals Actions.
- Basic Design knowledge to create in-housenewsletter, one-pagers flyers, e-mail campaigns, info-graphics, Posters, etc.would be preferred.
- Manage and Review all corporate websites ona daily basis and take all necessary steps to ensure that the content remainsinformative, accurate and up-to-date.
- Organise logistics for press conferences, roundtables,trainings, workshops /interviews and other media/visibility events organised byIPE Global or with Partner organizations.
- Ability to write, edit and proofread contentvarious communications materials like brochures, flyers etc.
- Ability to convey information clearly andconcisely to others
- Personal initiative and dynamism; abilityto work both independently and in a team, with the ability to set priorities,and work to tight deadlines
Education Qualification
- Formal Education Advanced University Degree(preferably Masters) in the field of Mass communication/journalism
- Masters /Graduation in English ispreferable
Qualification
- Minimum of 3-4 years experienceprofessional experience in communications, copy writing and copy editing.
- Prior experience of handling and managingwebsite
- Strong Editorial experience / experiencein writing copy and press releases (work samples may be requested)
- Proven writing and journalism experience.Analytical and conceptual thinking and ability to express in clear, crisplanguage.
- Experience in working in developmentissues
- Good communication skills, a willingnessto cooperate and strategic approach
